ORDERING:

Are Round Town Cupcakes standard size?

No, our cupcakes are a gourmet, larger size cupcake with the perfect ratio of frosting to cake.

Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?

We ask that you provide us with 24-48 hours notice depending on the size of your order.

How many flavors can I order per dozen?

We encourage you to try as many flavors as you would like, however, we limit the variety of flavors to 3 per dozen.

Does Round Town Cupcakes deliver?

Yes! Round Town Cupcakes is happy to deliver locally to Genesee, Oakland, and Livingston counties. A deliver charge of $10 will be added to your order. Please allow a two-hour time window for delivery.

Can I have my cupcakes shipped?

Yes! Round Town Cupcakes offers nationwide shipping to all 48 contiguous states. You can email us questions regarding shipping at: shipping@roundtowncupcakes.com

Does Round Town Cupcakes offer mini cupcakes?

We do offer mini-cupcakes for special events! We ask that you purchase at least one dozen per flavor. The cost is $18.00 for one dozen mini cupcakes. Our mini cupcakes are equivalent to a standard cupcake.

How do I store my cupcakes?

We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can freeze them and they are good for up to 10 days after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.

Does Round Town Cupcakes offer custom fondant decorations?

We are happy to offer custom fondant decorations in advance. Pricing for custom decorations depends on intricacy of the design. For more information, please contact us at: info@roundtowncupcakes.com

Can you use my company logo on a cupcake?

Yes! With three weeks advance, we can have a custom stamp made for $10 and use it to create decorations for your special event.

What color fondant do you have?

Does Round Town Cupcakes offer custom icing colors?

Yes! With special orders placed in advance we can customize most icings on our menu. Please contact us for more information.

CATERING:

Does Round Town Cupcakes offer catering?

Do you rent cupcake stands?

Yes! We have custom made cupcake stands available for rent for the day. For more information and pricing on these stands, contact us at: info@roundtowncupcakes.com

Does catering include on-site setup?

Yes, catering does include on-site setup which will be discussed at your consultation and included in the overall price for your event.

Does Round Town Cupcakes offer gluten-free or vegan cupcakes?

We do offer gluten-free cupcakes but we currently do not offer vegan cupcakes.

If I have a nut allergy, should I eat Round Town Cupcakes?

Round Town Cupcakes is NOT a nut-free kitchen. Several of our flavors use nut products. We recommend that customers with severe nut allergies err on the side of caution and not eat our cupcakes.
